Very nice ink signature from World Land Speed Record holder Malcolm Campbell. Malcolm, father of Donald Campbell held simultanious speed records both on land & water using various vehicles called "Bluebird" most famously a 1921 Grand Prix Sunbeam breaking the Land Speed Record at Pendine Sands first in 1924 then went on to break the record a further eight times. Not content with this, Campbell set the water speed record four times, again in crafts named "Bluebird" & also won two Grand Prix races for Bugatti. Campbell fought at the Battle of Mons during the First World War & most suprisingly died of natural causes at the age of 63. Quite a life!!
Superbly framed with a large A3 photo of Malcolm at the wheel of the Sumbeam.
